DRAFT REVIEW—The NFL draft officially began Saturday, but the Cowboys were spending to acquire talent on Wednesday. They got the ball rolling by completing the trade to get suspended cornerback Pacman Jones from the Tennessee Titans.
When the dust finally settled on Sunday, the Cowboys had consummated eight trades, added seven players, including Jones, while picking up two picks in the 2009 draft.
In acknowledging his madness, owner Jerry Jones said there was one simple objective—find pieces to make a Super Bowl run in 2008.
The Cowboys went 13-3 and won the NFC East going away in 2007 but got no further than the division round of the playoffs while the division rival Giants won the Super Bowls.

The Cowboys came away from the first day of the draft with Felix Jones, cornerback Michael Jenkins, tight end Martellus Bennett — and Adam “Pacman” Jones, as the ongoing…
