Cowboys WRs for Sunday: Glenn in, Owens out

Terrell Owens will miss the regular season finale.
Irving, TX - The Dallas Cowboys are expected to be without wide receiver Terrell Owens on Sunday versus the Washington Redskins, but the team will most likely have the services of fellow wideout Terry Glenn for the first time this season.
Glenn participated in practice this week and will seek his first game action since he underwent two arthroscopic surgeries in September to repair cartilage damage to his right knee. Glenn also had a cyst removed.
Meanwhile, the colorful Owens suffered a high ankle sprain on Saturday against Carolina and missed the second half of the Cowboys’ 20-13 victory. Dallas has already clinched the top seed in the NFC playoffs and will thus enjoy a bye week, giving Owens more time to heal.
The Redskins, though, need a win on Sunday at home to reach the postseason. The two rivals met earlier in the season on November 18 in Dallas, when the Cowboys posted a 28-23 win.
The 33-year-old Glenn recorded consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons with the Cowboys prior to this injury-riddled campaign, his third with the club. He also played for New England (1996-2001) and Green Bay (2002).
