Police say 26-year-old Sadia Morrison was found dead last week behind a Bronx building. Officers found her unresponsive with injuries consistent with a fall. The medical examiner will determine her cause of death.

Dallas Cowboys defensive end Chris Canty signed a $2 million restricted free agent tender Wednesday. Canty, a fourth-round draft pick in 2005, had a career-best 46 tackles while starting all 16 games last season. He has started 34 of 48 regular-season games in Dallas and has 133 tackles. While he didn’t sign until Wednesday, Canty hasn’t missed any offseason work.
